Is CBD Addictive? CBD for Health/Wellbeing — Not Just Recovery🌿🦁

As CBD is becoming more popular in the fitness community, an increasing number of athletes are recognising how important CBD is for their health/wellbeing, not just recovery programme.

That said, though, there's a stigma attached to CBD because of its very close link to weed. Although there is scientific research on CBD, it is limited to specific examples, but this will change in the very near future.

One area that we know to be true is the fact CBD is not addictive... 🦁🥼

As CBD is very different to THC, scientists believe there is no ability for "substance abuse" because CBD doesn’t cause an intoxicating effect, therefore, an individual can't crave it, like they could with weed 🌿

Some of the products on the market might taste good, but it is the strong flavourings used that might cause someone to think they crave it.

CBD doesn’t contain psychoactive elements that THC does, so it cannot give someone "the high” that some desire 🏋️

‏‏‎CBD is used for many things outside the fitness world and it is currently used in applications to help people fight addiction, depression, migraines & headaches, digestive and gastric problems plus many more 🎒

CBD may also help reduce cravings, which some fitness stars have recognised. For those athletes who are still unsure about CBD, you are letting your recovery slack by not integrating low-strength CBD into your daily routine.

Many start with CBD Muscle Cooling Cream, some begin with CB"TEA" - you can see what works best for you 🚴

Louise, Digital Lion says: "Start with a low-strength spray and enjoy a spritz under the tongue before you start your day, and have a couple more before bed. This keeps the metabolism moving, keeps anxiety at bay and ensures a great nights sleep"
