Shipping, returns and refunds

Orders will be dispatched within 24hrs of your order and we use Royal Mail. Delivery time is subject to your order request.

Please email us at regaincbd@gmail.com and enter your order number and “Return Regain” in the subject line – This makes it easier to handle your query. We will respond within 24hrs of your email and help as best as possible.

You have 14 days to return the product(s) you purchased. Assuming the product(s) haven’t been opened and/or consumed, we will happily refund the monies. If 14 days has passed since your order date, we are unable to offer a refund.
